ABOUT HILL CITY RECORDING
Hill City Recording is a record label with the heart to see people experience God on a personal level. Music speaks directly to people in a way that nothing else can, and my desire with Hill City Recording is to provide resources for individuals and churches to hear from God. I’m not in competition with any other labels (in fact, I have friends at most of the major Christian record labels), but rather I want to be an ally to everyone to see the Kingdom grow. I love writing, making music, & dreaming, and Hill City Recording acts as an official way to do that with other artists and provide a way for them in an industry that can be difficult to navigate. I’m excited to launch the label with the artists “Truth Songs”, “Skynatives” and “Memos Collective”. I’m also currently working with Leo Bautista on some sweet cassette tapes and always on the look out for others to work with as well! Info to submit your music is below!

Truth Songs combines unforgettable melodies with the power of Scripture to create hope-infused worship experiences. What started in 2010 as a simple Bible memorization tool for a small family has expanded into an ever-growing catalog of life-giving songs directly addressing topics like fear, anxiety, hopelessness, grief, temptation, belonging, courage, identity, grace, and much more.
The Lord’s Prayer is Truth Songs first official song launch apart from YouTube! Hill City Recording is excited to partner with them to resource the local church with this prayer put to song, and also for future scripture based releases as well.
MEMOS COLLECTIVE
What began as a series of texted voice memos between friends has turned into a movement of artists delivering timely songs of encouragement for life's untimely challenges. Memos Collective exists to keep listeners tethered to God's anchoring truth through bespoke lyrics and melodies painted across the canvas of people's stories. Like a voice memo - a rich audio note meant for playback at any time - Memos Collective serves an always-available balm of God's immense love for the searching soul, accessible whenever you need it most.
